Trivia Paw-ty!

Looking for a night of fur-tastic fun? Host a Trivia Paw-ty benefitting Fayette County Animal Rescue! You provide the venue and friends - FCAR provides all of the event supplies. The perfect match to help raise money for the abused and neglected animals at FCAR and have a night full of fun and laughter!

How It Works

  1. Fayette County Animal Rescue provides everything you need to host a fun-filled trivia party including questions & answers, decor, invitation, sign up, signage and more!

  2. You pick your preferred event date and email us at fayettefcar@hotmail.com to confirm availability of event supplies. A typical event will last 1.5-2 hours.

  3. You provide the venue (like your house, business, etc.), seating and decide if you will be providing food, BYOB, potluck, etc.

  4. We will email you a customized invitation template you can use to invite your friends. You can invite as many people as you have space to seat. Each table should seat 4-6 people. Minimum of 20 people recommended.

  5. You ask each of your friends to make a donation to FCAR of at least $10-$25/person ($10 minimum) as part of your fundraiser, payable ahead of time or the night of your event.

  6. FCAR will email you a list of all sign ups for your event. Note that people do not have to sign up ahead of time! They can RSVP directly to you and or show up at the event and make their donation at that time.

  7. The week of your event you can pick up the Trivia Paw-ty supplies from FCAR, which will include decor, table centerpieces, trivia questions and answers, instructions and some FCAR SWAG to be used as additional donation incentives during the night.

  8. During the event we encourage you to take plenty of pictures and post them on social media including our Facebook page with #FCARTriviaPaw-ty

  9. After the event, gather all of the FCAR event supplies and donations and call the shelter to schedule time to return them.

  10. Each Trivia Paw-ty host gets a Wag Bag as a thank you!

Remember - this is meant to be an awesome night with your friends and family while raising much needed funds for Fayette County Animal Rescue. We encourage you to think up additional ways to raise funds during your event like Split the Pot, Mulligans, etc.
