ANIMAL ADOPTION

All of our rescued animals undergo rehabilitation and are available for adoption with a $95 fee for both cats and dogs. This fee covers:

  • Comprehensive medical exam by a licensed veterinarian

  • Up-to-date vaccinations (puppies may need additional boosters, which we will cover if arranged through us and our vet)

  • Spaying or neutering

  • Microchipping

  • 30-day pet health guarantee (local only; must follow the process provided at adoption)

  • 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not near our facility and need transport services, click here for details.

Our goal is to find loving homes for all our rescued animals. To ensure their future well-being, some animals may have specific adoption requirements, such as:

  • A fenced yard (required for most dogs; we do not accept invisible fences, tie-outs, or small pens; an onsite fence check will be done)

  • A home inspection for dogs and cats

  • Veterinary reference from previous pet owners (must show current vaccinations and heartworm prevention)

  • If no previous vet history, purchase of 6 months' worth of heartworm and flea/tick prevention

  • If renting, verification from your landlord regarding pet acceptance, any restrictions, and pet deposit

  • Meet-and-greet with current pets to ensure compatibility

Please note: We will contact your current or previous veterinarian to verify a history of vaccinations and heartworm prevention. We will also conduct a physical fence inspection if applicable and a home inspection for all adoptions.

If you’re interested in adopting one of our dogs or cats, please complete our Online Adoption Application or print and email it to us at fayettefcar@hotmail.com. All available rescues are listed on Petfinder.com or see our list below. Each animal’s profile includes a brief description, status, history, and current photos.
