To expedite your application, please assist with the following:

Veterinary Reference: Contact your veterinarian(s) from the past 5 years and authorize the release of your records to us. We need to verify that your pets are current on vaccinations and heartworm prevention. If you have used different vets or purchased heartworm prevention online, please collect and email all relevant details to us at fayettefcar@hotmail.com. *This step is essential to avoid delays in processing your application.

Landlord Approval: If you’re renting or leasing, ensure your landlord approves of the type, size, and breed of animal you wish to adopt. They must be responsive to our verification call. Even if your landlord is a family member, we will still need to verify with them. Understanding any size or breed restrictions, as well as pet deposits and fees, is essential for a smooth process.

Fenced Yard (for dogs): Please email us a video of your fenced backyard, showing the entire fence from top to bottom, including gates. Walk slowly around the perimeter and email the footage to fayettefcar@hotmail.com.

Cat Adoption: For cat adoptions, email us a video of where you plan to place the litter box, where you will keep food and water, and the general area the cat will be living. Send videos to fayettefcar@hotmail.com.
